Change Requests: If you need to change the scope mid-project, requests are raised in A1 Hub. We provide an impact assessment and revised scope before proceeding.
Post‑Launch Support: A two‑week tweak period is included with every delivery. Beyond that, support is available hourly or via an optional Support Pack.
Enhancements: New workflows, modules, or integrations are treated as new automation scope and quoted separately.
