We follow a structured five-step process to ensure clarity and quality:
Discovery & Scoping: We begin by capturing your objectives, system architecture, and data sources. This results in a signed Solution Scope that details data flows and acceptance criteria.
Design & Configuration: We build the integrations or configure the HR apps. All access keys are managed securely via A1 Hub, and changes are tracked in a configuration log.
Testing & UAT: We run detailed test cases with your team to document and resolve defects. Final sign-off occurs in the A1 Hub.
Go‑Live & Stabilization: Once deployed, we monitor the system closely. This includes a two‑week "tweak window" for optimization and bug fixes.
Handover & Training: We provide your admins with runbooks, configuration registers, and recorded training sessions. Once the project closes, support tickets move to our Support stream.
