All files are professionally branded and ready for internal circulation.

We understand priorities can shift. To keep agility intact, all scope adjustments follow a clear process:

1. Submit a Change Request in your A1 Hub project card.
2. APHR reviews the request and updates timelines or fees if necessary.
3. A revised Statement of Work (SoW) is reissued for approval.

⚙️ Small adjustments are often absorbed within ongoing sprints — major scope changes may trigger additional charges, a new sprint cycle or extended timelines depending on effort and resource allocation/reallocation.
