• Recruitment Frameworks: delivered within 8 to 21 working days, depending on role complexity.

• Organizational Design: typically delivered within 15 to 20 working days.

All timelines are tracked in real time in the A1 Hub and may adjust as the project progresses.

Approval & Sign-OffA deliverable is considered approved when:

• No feedback is submitted within 5 business days of delivery
