Payment Terms
- HRBP retainers are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual billing saves you 10%.
- Invoices are accessible in the Billing section of your A1 Hub for you to keep track of your billing cycles.
- Payment activates the HRBP engagement and ongoing advisory sessions.
Add-Ons & Adjustments
- HROps can be added anytime during your subscription.
- Add-ons are billed separately and appear as independent line items.
- Custom HR projects requested mid-engagement are scoped and billed under Bespoke Projects.
Renewal & Exit
- Retainers renew automatically unless canceled 14 days before the next cycle.
- A 14-day notice is required for termination to allow for report closure and documentation handover.
