Our HRaaS operates on two complementary layers:
1. HRBP-as-a-Service (Core)Strategic, leadership-level HR management, including:
People strategy
HR systems and frameworks
Performance & compensation design
Workforce planning
Compliance alignment
Leadership advisory
Operational HR execution, including:
Payroll coordination
Leave/attendance management
Employee documentation
Onboarding/offboarding support
HR reporting
The HRBP subscription is the base plan. Clients can optionally add HROps if they want APHR to handle the day-to-day execution of HR tasks.
This structure ensures strategy and operations remain distinct, yet integrated when required.
⚙️ Note: HROps focuses strictly on coordination and execution — not on automation, workflow design, or HR system setup (those fall under HR Automation, a separate APHR vertical).
