Getting Started

Once you subscribe to a plan, onboarding begins within 2 working days.

The steps include:

  1. Client Profile Setup on the A1 Hub (company details, team size, priorities, contacts).
  2. Discovery & Alignment Call with your HRBP to clarify business goals and HR gaps.
  3. Plan Activation - your workspace, templates, and HR roadmap are configured.
  4. Kickoff Report shared within the first 10 working days outlining initial focus areas and milestones.

Your HR Partner takes full ownership from there, working as part of your leadership structure.

90-Day Ramp-up Framework

During the first 90 days, your HRBP establishes structure, clarity, and systems.

Days 1–30: Audit & Framework Design
  • HR health audit

  • Policy roadmap

  • Org structure mapping

  • Compliance review

Days 31–60: Implementation
  • Policy rollout

  • Performance system setup

  • Documentation and alignment

Days 61–90: Optimization
  • Reporting cadence

  • Engagement planning

  • Leadership recommendations

By Day 90, a stable HR rhythm is fully established.
