Understanding your Dashboard Layout

Your A1 dashboard is structured to give you an at-a-glance overview of your engagements with APHR. The left-hand sidebar contains your main navigation panels:

  • Overview: Displays your current active projects, the APHR Partner assigned to you, and a summary of upcoming deliverables or deadlines.
  • Projects: Your full project list, both ongoing and completed, including their milestones, deliverables, and communication logs.
  • Billing: Shows all invoices, receipts, and payment status updates. You can download PDFs for your finance team.
  • Documents: A secure repository of files shared between you and APHR: deliverables, policy drafts, templates, and signed agreements.
  • Support:  Access to APHR's help desk for technical or service issues, with built-in ticket tracking.

💡 Tip: Hover over any project card on the dashboard to preview milestone progress or access direct links to meetings, resources, and comments.

Quick Start Checklist

Here’s how to get set up and running in under 10 minutes:

  1. Complete Your Onboarding Form: Tell us about your business — size, structure, industry, and immediate HR goals. This helps us map your needs to the right service vertical.
  2. Upload Your Company Profile: Add your logo, HR and Finance contact details, and any relevant brand assets (e.g., your org chart).
  3. Create or Review Your First Project: You can start by selecting a single HR need (for example, “Recruitment structure setup” or “Payroll process design”).
  4. Meet Your APHR Partner: Once your project is approved, you’ll be introduced to your assigned HRBP or Consultant. The process of getting reviewed and meeting your HR Partner typically takes 2-8 hours on a typical work day.
  5. Track Milestones and Deliverables: Monitor your project timeline in real time from your dashboard. You’ll receive notifications as progress updates occur, weekly.

Once these steps are complete, you’re fully onboarded and ready to collaborate.
