How Project Mapping Works

We don't assign consultants randomly. Every project is matched to the right HR Partner or specialist through a mix of:

  • Project Category: (Bespoke, HRaaS, Automation).
  • Consultant Expertise: background in startups, compliance, or systems.
  • Client Profile: industry, size, maturity stage.

You’ll always see the assigned consultant’s profile card on your project homepage, complete with their role, response SLA, and preferred communication channel.

Meeting Your Project Lead

Your assigned Project Lead (or HRBP for retainers) is your main point of contact. They’ll:

  • Conduct your Discovery Call to clarify scope and goals.
  • Share the Project Roadmap and delivery calendar.
  • Coordinate feedback and revisions.
  • Escalate any blockers to the APHR Client Success Lead.

Expect a short welcome message once your project goes live. This introduces your team and ensures you know who to contact for what.

Collaboration & Feedback Loops

Communication is built directly into your platform to ensure transparency:

  • Use Project Chat to exchange updates or ask questions.
  • Tag team members with @username for visibility.
  • Upload comments or mark items as “Requires Review” directly on documents.

Every message is time-stamped and logged for accountability. You can also enable email notifications for every update, ensuring you never miss key progress.

⏱️ Response SLA: APHR consultants respond to all client messages within 12 business hours.
