Completing the Onboarding Form

When you first log in, you’ll be guided through the A1 Onboarding Form. This helps us understand your organization’s unique HR landscape.

You’ll be asked to provide:

  • Basic company information (name, industry, location, team size).
  • Current HR processes in place (if any).
  • Immediate HR challenges or goals (e.g., policy creation, automation, structure redesign).
  • Preferred communication channels and availability.

Our internal algorithm and service leads use this information to determine the right service vertical and consultant match.

For example:

  • A client with no HR structure will likely be mapped to Bespoke Projects (HR Setup & Design).
  • A scaling client with a small team may be mapped to HRBP-as-a-Service (retainer support).
  • A client already using HR tools but struggling with inefficiencies may fit best under HR Systems & Automation.

🧠 Why this matters: The more complete your onboarding data, the more accurate your project recommendations, delivery timelines, and assigned resources will be.

You can revisit and update this form anytime by going to Settings → Organization Profile.

Uploading Organizational Data

After onboarding, we’ll ask you to upload or confirm key documents and data that help us serve you better. These may include:

  • Logo & Brand Assets: for your documentation and reports.
  • Organogram / Team Structure: for context on your reporting hierarchy.
  • Key HR Contacts: who will be the main decision-makers or approvers.
  • Tax & Business Information: where invoicing and/or HR compliance applies.

All documents are uploaded securely via your Documents tab.

🔐 APHR’s document storage is powered by encrypted cloud servers with restricted staff access and strict data governance.

Data Privacy Overview

At APHR, confidentiality isn’t an afterthought, it’s a guarantee.

We comply with:

  • NDPR (Nigeria Data Protection Regulation) standards.
  • ISO 27001-aligned internal data protection protocols.
  • End-to-end encryption for all uploads and data-in-transit.

Your company data is only accessed by the consulting team assigned to your project and is never shared outside your engagement scope.

If you require a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for your records, you can request one from your Account Manager via the Support tab.
