Understanding Billing Models

APHR offers multiple billing approaches to fit different stages and needs:

  • Retainer Billing: Monthly subscription plans for HRBP-as-a-Service (Starter, Growth, Growth+).

  • Project Billing: Fixed service fees for clearly scoped projects.

  • Hybrid Billing: A blend of retainer services with optional one-off add-ons that is ideal for growing companies.

Your billing model is outlined in your engagement summary and visible in the Billing tab.

Accessing Invoices & Receipts

Under Billing → Invoices, you can access:

  • All current and past invoices with clear status indicators (Pending, Paid, Overdue).

  • Direct download links for invoices and receipts.

  • Payment dates and references for reconciliation.

Payment confirmations are sent instantly and update automatically in the dashboard.

Updating Billing Information

From your dashboard, you can:

  • Add or update payment methods.

  • Edit billing contacts.

  • Update tax information, including TIN or VAT details.

If your organization requires special invoice formatting (e.g., for procurement or grants), your Account Manager can assist.
