Your Project Dashboard provides a real-time view of how your project is advancing. You’ll see:
- Milestone progress is displayed through visual progress bars and status indicators.
- Upcoming deliverables, each with expected submission dates.
- A Project Health Indicator, using a simple Red–Amber–Green (RAG) display to flag risks or delays.
This gives you clarity on what’s happening and what’s next without needing to ask for updates.
Reviewing Deliverables
Whenever your consultant shares a new deliverable:- You’ll receive an instant in-platform alert and an email notification.
- You can preview the file, leave comments, or download it for offline review.
- Approve using the Approve Deliverable button or request changes through Request Revision.
Every version is tracked automatically, giving you a complete audit trail from draft to final.
