Managing User Access

If more team members need access:

  • Go to Settings → Team Access.

  • Select Invite Member and assign a role:

    • Viewer: Read-only access.

    • Editor: Can contribute, provide feedback, and upload files.

    • Admin: Full access including billing and permission controls.

Access can be revoked anytime. All user actions are logged in the audit history.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Common quick fixes include:

  • Blank Dashboard: Clear your browser cache or use the latest Chrome/Edge version.

  • Missing Emails: Check spam or whitelist @aphrconsult.com.

  • Upload Errors: Ensure files are under 20MB and in supported formats (.pdf, .docx, .xlsx).

For ongoing or unresolved platform issues, submit a Technical Ticket for immediate support.
